About Us
Chef Aiko Shibata was born in the heart of Japan and raised amidst the enchanting flavors France. From a young age, Shibata's passion for cuisine blossomed. Immersing herself in the rich traditions of French cuisine while still preserving the essence of her Japanese heritage, Shibata crafted a cuisine like no other. She is the first Japanese woman to hold three Michelin stars.

The menu celebrates Shibata's childhood and California's rich bounty, highlighting fresh local plants and seafood. Inspiration for Shibata goes far deeper than the ingredients on the menu. Guests will embark on a personal journey that guides them through different times and places throughout Shibata's life.
